PLEASE NOTE ALL FINES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PROPERTY OWNER, IT IS THE PROPERTY OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE RULES ARE FOLLOWED

Violators will be prosecuted and homeowners will be fined pending violation

Drivers are Criminally Responsible

NO 18 wheelers (or more wheels) allowed , sometimes a permit is granted in special situations, Must be approved prior to entry.

​NO LOADS over 25000 lbs 

NO LOADS after 11 AM between April 1- September 31

(Concrete , Brick , Rock, Dirt, Drywall, Grass Heavy loads)

NO Concrete Loads over 6 cubic yards

NO Dump trucks over 15 yards or MAX of 25000 lbs and NO LOADS after 11AM between April 1- September 31

​NO Grass loads over 10 Pallets or MAX of 25000 lbs and NO LOADS after 11AM between April 1- September 31

ALL Vehicles to stay on road ways No Parking in easements. 

No Illegal Dumping, Waste receptacles and burn pile are for Wilderness Property owners only!

Any Variance from these rules require a special road use permit and must be approved prior to use,

Only Wilderness Property Owners and their guest are allowed to ride on Buggies. SXS's, UTV's, ATV's, Cart's Dirt Bike's, Horses or other like objects etc.

Only Wilderness Property Owners and their guest are allowed in Special Amenities like the Trails and so fourth

 

NOTICE, 

The roads have deep gullies and no shoulders we also have blind corners and hills, please drive carefully and slow down in these areas.

NO Parking trailers, boats or RV's in yards or driveways.

Road Speed limits are 25 MPH We have children, pets, wildlife and pedestrians walking on roads.

We do not have a boat ramp for use of homeowners, guest or public.

please do NOT feed Ernie, the donkey, junk food!  Carrots and apples are fine. Not sure?  ask Jeff and Amy Freshwaters for other options
